that can be brought to the Avon recycling
area are: cans and bottles, newspapers,
cardboard, bbq propane tanks, motor oil,
used antifreeze, car batteries, household
batteries, fluorescent bulbs, thermometers. |

rules and regulations. |

and 3rd Wednesdays of each month. |
Recyclables
must be put out to the edge of the
lane, or at the curb if you do not
have access to a lane. All containers
must be marked as “recycling.”
Lids are to be removed on collection
day. Newspapers are to be tied in
bundles not to exceed 12 inches.
What is collected – tin cans,
aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic
and newspaper.
(Cardboard is collected from businesses
only.) Cardboard is NOT collected
from residents but can be brought
to the recycling center. Click

Empty all recyclables into appropriate
dumpsters. A dumpster is provided
for empty bags. |
