Permit applications are available during Borough Office hours 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
The Borough of Avon’s Code Enforcement Book serves as the official manual of the Borough. It encompasses areas including building, zoning, property maintenance, required permits and the like. A copy of your survey must be attached with the proposal drawn to scale. Failure to do so will result in your application being denied.
Click here for the Minor Land Use Permit
A copy of your survey must be attached with the proposal drawn to scale. If it is a generator or heat/air conditioning unit, you must show the location on the survey. Architectural drawings are required if the project is an addition, porch, deck, renovation alteration, or new homes. Landscaping applications must be on the survey drawn to scale. All plants must have name, size, and height listed. Failure to do so will result in your application being denied.
