Meetings are every Wednesday at the Municipal Gym, 301 Main Street from 12:00-3:00. The first meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, September 27th.

Avon Historical Society
Established in 2009 the Avon Historical Society (AHS) is a volunteer run, community-based non-profit organization. We are dedicated to preserving and promoting the unique history of Avon-by-the-Sea. We are currently inviting anyone who is interested to join us. All are welcome and invited. Please like us on Facebook and Instagram for all the updates. Avon Woman's Club
For Residents of Avon, Bradley Beach, and Surrounding Communities
The club meets on the first Monday of the month, September to June, at 12:00 p.m. at the Avon Marina, 2 Main Street, Avon By The Sea. Meetings
include lunch, with a fee of $10 for lunch and a speaker. (September meeting is the Monday after Labor Day).

Sylvan Lake Commission 
The Commission advises the Borough on health and management of Sylvan Lake.
The Sylvan Lake Commission consists of members from the Borough of Bradley Beach and the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea. The monthly meetings are held at Avon Borough Hall, 301 Main Street, Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ on the last Wednesday of each month at 7pm.Find meeting minutes below:
