Avon by the Sea

Pursuant to the Open Public Meetings Act (“OPMA”), NJSA 10:4:4-6, notice is hereby given that there will be a Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, to be held on Monday, April 29, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at the Avon Municipal Building Conference Room (301 Main Street, Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ). The purpose of this meeting is to award a bid and to enter into executive session to discuss any matter involving the purchase, lease or acquisition of real property with public funds, the setting of banking rates or investment of public funds, where it could adversely affect the public interest if discussion of such matters were disclosed. Formal action will be taken.
