(Americans with Disabilities Act), and N.J.S.A 40A:11-16 "Designated Subcontractors", P.L.2004, c. 57 (Business Registration) and N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25, et seq. (Prevailing Wage), and all other laws and regulations that apply to bidding and the performance of the proposed contract.

The Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea invites sealed proposals for:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received through the competitive contracting process in accordance with NJSA 40A:11-4.1, et seq., by the Purchasing Agent, or designated representative, for the Borough of Avon-by-the-Sea, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey, March 18, 2021, at 11:00AM prevailing time, in the Borough of Avon-By-The-Sea Administrator’s office in the Municipal Complex, 301 Main Street, Avon, NJ 07717 then publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
REVALUATION OF ALL REAL PROPERTY SITUATED WITHIN THE BOROUGH OF AVON-BY-THE-SEA

or picked up at the Administrator’s office during regular business hours 8:30AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 (P.L. 1975, Chapter 127) and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. and with N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 (P.L. 1977, Chapter 33), requiring stockholder’s and partnership names.
