Ed Bonanno has lived in Avon for almost 20 years. He is currently Of Counsel for the Belmar law firm Pringle Quinn Anzano. For over 25 years, he was a prosecutor in the New Jersey Attorney General‘s Division of Criminal Justice where he served as a Bureau Chief and Supervising Deputy Attorney General. He has served on the Avon Environmental Commission as Chair, the Avon Education Foundation and Sylvan Lake Commission. He is graduate of Fordham Law School, Hamilton College and Fordham Prep.
John is a lifelong resident who attended Avon Elementary School, Asbury Park High School and graduated from Seton Hall University. He has served as an exempt member of the Avon First Aid Squad, was the Board President of the Avon Board of Education for 5 years, and as served as the Employment Insurance Agent for Educators Insurance Service serving the insurance needs of the school employees. John is also a licensed Real Estate agent working with The Connolly Agency in Avon.
Bob Mahon has been member of the community since 1967. He has been a member of the Planning Board for twenty-four years and served on the boardwalk restoration committee in 1993. Bob retired from the Ocean Township School System, where he served as superintendent of schools from 1974 - 1995.
